Welcome to Working Together Conference 2026 at
Linköping Konsert & Kongress May 26 - 28!
Now it’s time for inspiring days of learning and personal meetings for you with an interest in M3.
On Tuesday, May 26, we will begin with training sessions from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This year’s training sessions are hosted by CGI, Columbus, Elvenite, Meridion, Navcite, and Infor. These sessions are open exclusively to member companies, with the exception of Infor’s training session on ESG, which is also open to partner companies.
All conference participants are warmly invited to our popular networking evening, starting at 5:00 PM in the exhibition area. This is an excellent opportunity to network and visit this year’s exhibition together with all our partner companies. Between 6:00–8:00 PM, MAF will serve hearty mingle food, a repeat of last year’s success! Non-alcoholic drinks, cider, wine, and beer will be available for purchase, and the evening concludes at 9:30 PM.
On Wednesday, May 27, the conference opens (in Swedish) with our keynote speaker Pär Johansson, director, founder, and leader of Glada Hudikteatern. He will inspire us to challenge prejudices, think in new ways, and understand the importance of being seen for who you truly are: - Transforming prejudice into success. Pär offers thought-provoking insights into what can happen when you push boundaries and believe in other people.
The conference features 25 engaging presentation sessions including educational customer cases, as well as a presentation by Ole Rasmussen and guest: -The Industry Agentic Cloud, focusing on the latest updates from Infor.
The full program can be found under the AGENDA WTC 2026 tab. To accommodate non-Swedish-speaking participants, sessions will be conducted in English and are clearly marked in the conference agenda. ![]()
During the day, you are welcome to visit the exhibition and meet exhibitors, member companies, and Infor. The association’s Annual General Meeting will be held at 4:45 PM, and all members are welcome to attend.
Before the evening’s three-course dinner, we gather for a welcome drink at 7:00 PM. The evening promises surprises and great opportunities for both mingling and continued networking. After dinner, the dance floor opens as DJ Mankan takes over and plays party hits. At midnight, the traditional Swedish late-night snack, hot dogs and Pucko (chocolate milk) will be served.
On Thursday, May 28, the day begins (in Swedish) with Henrik Schyffert, one of Sweden’s most acclaimed comedians, taking the stage. With sharp humor and plenty of energy, Henrik gets both brain cells and laughter muscles going.
The exhibition remains open, and throughout the day our partner and member companies will present concrete customer cases offering inspiration and practical insights to take home.
Our closing speaker (in Swedish) Gurra Krantz, one of Sweden’s most accomplished sailors and skippers, who has competed in the world’s toughest sailing races. - How do you make the right decisions when the pressure is at its highest and margins are non-existent? We will gain insights into leadership, collaboration, and trust from some of the world’s most extreme environments, where both equipment and people are pushed to their limits.
Welcome to a fantastic opportunity to network, share experiences, and be filled with new ideas and perspectives.
Seeing you in Linköping!
