Registration

All attendees must register individually for the conference.

Conference fee Member Companies

Full Conference
Including lunch, coffee breaks, dinner, and entertainment: SEK 6,800

One-Day Conference
Including lunch and coffee breaks: SEK 4,000
Dinner with entertainment can be added for SEK 850

All prices are excluding VAT.
The training sessions on the first day are included in the conference fee.
The conference fee does not include hotel accommodation.
The fee will be invoiced after the conference.

The deadline for registration and cancellation is May 12. Failure to cancel and non-attendance will result in the full conference fee being charged.
 

5 attendees for the price of 4!

When registering 5 participants from the same member company, you only pay for 4. 
Each participant must register individually (the discount will be applied on the invoice).
 

Hotel Room Booking

We recommend that you book your hotel room in connection with your conference registration.

Luggage Storage and wardrobe

The wardrobes are open and staffed throughout the conference (of course free of charge).
 

Name badge with a QR code   

At the conference, all name badges will include a QR code containing the participant’s name, company, phone number, and email address. The purpose is to facilitate the exchange of contact details during the conference days. The QR code functions as a digital business card. Each QR code is personal, and the holder gives consent for their code to be scanned.
