Information for exhibitors at WTC 2026
 

To make things easier for you exhibitors, we have collected important information ahead of the conference.

• Booking or updating of existing booking

• Individual registration for exhibitors
  All participants from exhibiting partner companies must register individually for the conference.
  Last day to register is May 12.

• Bring your trainees to our conference days! 
  Trainees are welcome to the mingle evening, conference days and dinner for a reasonable fee.
  Their participation does not affect the number of people you have in your exhibition package booking. Please indicate "Trainee" in the registration. 
  (The offer does not apply to the training sessions on May 26, with the exception of Infor’s ESG training session, which is also open to partner companies).

  Information about participating member companies is provided in the right column on this page.
  A list of participants with names and companies is provided in the compendium that you receive when registering for the conference. During the conference days, it is possible to scan the QR code on the name badge for further information.
   
• Goods to and from WTC at Linköping Konsert & Kongress

• Booth Construction Guidelines
  Stand setup will take place on Tuesday, May 26 between 11 AM - 5 PM. 
  The exhibition is open to attendees during the mingle evening on Tuesday, May 26 from 5 PM - 9.30 PM.

• Booth package
  Gold: 6 m2 (3 m wide x 2 m deep x 2.5 m high) Booth image GOLD
  Silver: 4 m2 (2 m wide x 2 m deep x 2.5 m high) Booth image SILVER
  Bronze: 2 m2 (2 m wide x 1 m deep x 2.5 m high) Booth image BRONZE

  Your equipment needs to be accommodated within your booth space. There is no possibility for ceiling-mounted tents. The booths have a back wall and partitions that may not be taped, nailed or stapled. Approved double-sided tape is available for purchase on site from "Evenemangsservice".

  Order by May 12 (at your own expense). Order via: Carmen Kantti  at konferens@servicemaf.se 
  Ordered material will be at your stand when you arrive on May 26.
   
• Advertisements in Working Together Magazine, Conference issue
  Exhibitors at WTC 2026 have an advertisement space in the member magazine Working Together Magazine.

  
  Advertisement size is:
  Gold Exhibitor - full page
  Silver Exhibitor - half page
  Bronze Exhibitor - 1/4 page

  The deadline for submitting advertisments is March 17.
  Exhibitors who join after March 17 will have their advertisment published in WTM #3. 
   
• Presentation of Gold exhibitors during the conference days
  PPT slides will be shown rolling during joint sessions in the Crusellhallen with information about Gold Exhibitors. You can design the slide as you wish, but without sound effects, display time is approximately 15 seconds per slide/exhibitor. 

  Please email your slide to magnus@inventio.se no later than May 11.

• Raffles and competitions
  As an exhibitor, you can organize competitions and raffles as well as prize distribution at your booth.
   
• The conference logo
  You are welcome to use the conference logo as an email footer and in social media to promote WTC 2026.
