Become Part of the M3 Network

As a partner of M3 Användarförening, you become part of an established network of M3 users, other partners, and Infor. The partnership provides opportunities to build relationships, share knowledge, and increase the visibility of your company and services among our member companies.

Partnership

M3 Användarförening is an independent non-profit organization owned by our member companies. Our goal is to help our members maximize the business value of their investment in M3. An important focus is networking and creating opportunities for professional development both within and between member companies. Our partners are an important part of our network. Together, we create a network where partners, MAF member companies, and Infor can meet, exchange experiences, and develop together.

As an association, we organize the Working Together Conference (WTC), one of the largest meeting places within the M3 ecosystem. In recent years, the conference has brought together more than 500 participants and over 30 partners. Representatives from more than 60 of our member companies have attended. During the conference, we organize an exhibition where all participating partners have a booth. A number of partners also have the opportunity to give presentations on stage. It is an excellent opportunity to network and build relationships with member companies, other partners, and Infor.

In addition to the conference, we organize webinars, themed events, and competence groups throughout the year.

As a partner, you will have the opportunity to:

• Attend the annual WTC conference and meet others within the M3 network
• Participate in webinars and themed events that are open to partners
• Organize webinars or themed events together with our member companies
• Organize training sessions via webinars
• Access presentations from webinars and themed events
• Access presentations from WTC
• Present your company and your offering on our website
• Access the association's member magazine, Working Together Magazine (WTM), which is published four times a year in print or digital format
• Advertise in the association's member magazine, WTM

Good to Know About the Partnership

• Partners pay a fixed annual partnership fee. For certain activities, such as WTC, an additional fee applies
• Partnership does not guarantee a place at the conference. Registration is separate and places are limited
• Participation in WTC is through an exhibitor package; individual participant tickets cannot be purchased separately
• A partnership does not constitute membership in the association and therefore does not provide voting rights at the Annual General Meeting or the opportunity to be elected as a board member
• Most of our website content, activities and information presented at the WTC conference are in Swedish, although some WTC sessions are held in English

Partner Directory

As a partner, your company will be added to our partner directory. There, you will receive information and invitations to activities and can register for activities that are open to partners. Contact persons registered in the partner directory are visible to our member companies.

You also have the opportunity to present your company in the partner directory, for example with your logo, a description of your business, and contact persons. The presentation is available to all member companies.

Who Can Become a Partner?

If you are a supplier of products or services related to M3 to one or more of our member companies, you are eligible to apply for a partnership. A partnership with Infor is not a requirement.

Partnership Fee

Annual indexation in accordance with the SCB AKI index for industry J.

Amounts are stated in SEK excluding VAT. The fee is invoiced once a year (November) and applies to the following calendar year.

Personal Data

MAF complies with the GDPR and is committed to protecting personal privacy. Information submitted to MAF is used for administrative purposes and to ensure a high level of service to our partners. The information is also used, among other things, to manage our various communications and mailings to partners.

The information you provide to us will only be used by MAF. We do not disclose personal data to third parties without your consent, unless required to do so by applicable legislation. MAF does not retain the information for longer than necessary for administrative purposes.
