Information for exhibitors at WTC 2027
 

To participate as an exhibitor at WTC, you must be a registered partner of MAF. Please note that only partners who have booked an exhibition package are able to attend the conference. We do not sell individual tickets.
 

Here you will find all the important information you need for your participation as an exhibitor.

• Book or update your booking
  To book, view the price list or to update your booking, please use the link below.

• Individual registration for exhibitors
  We will provide a link once registration opens at the end of January 2027.
  The deadline for registration is 27 April.
   
• Bring your trainees to our conference days! 
  Trainees are welcome to the networking evening, conference days and dinner for a reduced fee.
  Their participation does not affect the number of people you have in your exhibition package booking. 
  Please indicate "Trainee" in the registration. 
  
  (The offer does not apply to the training sessions on May 11, with the exception of Infor’s training session, which is also open to partner companies). 
   
• Participant list
  Information about participating member companies is provided in the right-hand on this page.
  A list of participants with names and companies is provided in the conference booklet that you receive when registering for the conference. During the conference days, it is possible to scan the QR code on the name badge for further information.
   
• Delivieries to and from WTC at Linköping Konsert & Kongress

• Booth Construction Guidelines
  Stands may be set up on Tuesday 11 May between 11.00 am and 4.30 pm. 
  The exhibition area will be cleaned between 4.30 am and 5.00 pm.
  
  The exhibition is open to attendees during the mingle evening, Tuesday, May 11 from 5 am - 9.30 pm
   

• Exhibition Stands
  Gold: 6 m² (3 m wide, 2 m deep, 2.5 m high) Gold Exhibition Stand
  Silver: 4 m² (2 m wide, 2 m deep, 2.5 m high) Silver Exhibition Stand
  Bronze: 2 m² (2 m wide, 1 m deep, 2.5 m high) Bronze Exhibition Stand

  Your equipment must fit within your allocated exhibition space. There is no possibility of hanging banners from the ceiling.
  The stands have a back wall and partition walls, which must not be taped, nailed or stapled. Approved double-sided tape is available for purchase on site from Evenemangsservice.

  Please place your order by 27 April (at your own expense).

  Ordered equipment will be available in your stand when you arrive on 11 May.

• Advertisements in Working Together Magazine - Conference issue
  Exhibitors at WTC have an advertisement space in the member magazine Working Together Magazine.

  Gold Exhibitor - full page
  Silver Exhibitor - half page
  Bronze Exhibitor - 1/4 page

  The deadline for submitting advertisements is 19 March.
  Exhibitors who join after 19 March will have their advertisement published in WTM #3.
   

• Gold exhibitor presentation during the conference days
  A PowerPoint slide featuring information about the Gold Exhibitors will be shown on a continuous loop during the joint sessions in Crusellhallen.

  You may design your own slide as you wish, but please do not include any sound effects. Each exhibitor’s slide will be displayed for approximately 15 seconds.

• Competitions and Prize Draws
  As an exhibitor, you are welcome to organise competitions and prize draws and hand out prizes at your stand. This is a great way to engage attendees and attract more visitors to your stand.
